Day 10: What We Learned in Germany

- Lisa loves watching Eurosport's weightlifting championships.
- Chris is magnetically drawn to restaurants with fried cheese.
- You can cross your legs tighter when going to the bathroom costs you 0.50 Euro.
- There is no such thing as "too many crepes."
- Sporting events bring out the "polizei" with their gas masks and batons.
- Sparkling water really tastes terrible.
- Hotel sinks are perfectly adequate to do laundry in.
- The only fast food chain not represented is Taco Bell - the rest of the gang's all here.
- When in doubt, get off at the "Hbf" train stations, as they are the central stations - or you will invite "the glare" from Chris.
- Once you start speaking to them, the Germans are incredibly friendly.
- Lisa blends in with her stylish hat and scarf. Chris is the only one - probably in Europe - wearing white gym shoes.
- Potato soup is nothing without leeks in it.
- Europe: a place where you can get real news pertaining to everyone across the globe.
- Some of the best food can be found in train stations.

Now, onto Czech Republic!
