Almost There

Our last night in the US... We couldn't have asked for better--well, maybe calmer nerves & beefier back muscles (not really). We enjoyed a wonderful dinner with our family to celebrate our cousin Katherine's birthday. The whole family was there so we were able to say goodbye to everyone in one shot. Efficiency at its finest.

Earlier today, we were able to meet up with a few coworkers for lunch. At Big Bowl, destiny couldn't have dropped a better fortune into my hands. 'You are almost there.' Well played, fortune cookie gods. Well played.

With just one backpack each, we are ready for our travel extravaganza. Auf wiedersehen and see you on the other side!
